Is this very bad?

My friend’s teg started leaking out oil by the spark plugs, and the compression is very different between them, #1 120 #2 135 #3 140 #4 135, he is now selling this car for 3,800,

this is a 1992 Integra GS, 1.8L and has 145k

is this car worthy?, I’ll appreciate any kind of reply. Thanx

Its probably just the rubber gaskets that are on the valve cover. If he bought a new valve cover gasket set they would come with it, they’re circular and fit right into a slot on the inside of the valve cover.

the compression is alright; kind of low though…is he doing the test right?

if the oil is on top of the spark plugs, then his grommets aree leeaking, which is no big deal. But if they’re on the electrode and stuff, then his rings/valve seeals aree gone.
