what is the difference, ( if any ), between a gen 3 ITR brake booster and a DA booster? Also if i wanted a 1 inch MC, do i just get a Type R master cylinder or is there an aftermarket company? what should i be looking to pay for these items as well?
just stick with the oem 1 MC only thing that it might lock bit faster i recommand doing this is one you doing a big brake kit or have a 450 hp engine i have the 5lug conversion on my da integra and upgraded to the itr mc 1 is it stops really good too just locks up a bit faster
yea i was prepared to have a faster/higher pedal, which is may be a good thing as long as i dont get too squirrely with the braking…but yea i do wanna upgrade to a stop tech brake kit when i get the money…what do you use for pads and rotors?
i used to have the aem big brake system and change my mc to the itr one stop real good but since i wanted to use stock 15inch rims i sold them and went with a oem one itr which the rotor was a 11’’ compare to th stock one which is 9" stop good so i went with a set of dual piston calipers from acura legend that works even better dude stops much faster too it all depends if you have the money for fancy nice stuff then get it but for the low budgets guys there are oem upgrade too
.
So legend calipers with the it’d rotors, booster and MC. ? Sounds like a good idea to me
