West Coast Expo has been Canceled

I am both sad and disappointed, but we have to cancel the plannings of a west coast Expo due to lack of interest. Registration is closed at this point and I will be issuing refunds ASAP.

We are still planning to have an Expo. Exact date and location TBD and we are working on choosing an alternate location. I expect to have that information announced within the week.

I appreciate everyone’s support in trying to make a west coast event a reality, and I would encourage those that are local to the west coast to consider coming out to the Expo at its new location – it is always great to see people from all over the US make the event.

Probably coming back to the mid-west!

You guys in Cali finally have a chance to go to an ITR Expo. I’ve been to the last two and its a ton of fun and very well organized. I can not afford the cost of going since I live in the Midwest, but for those of you who live close should definately try going.

We need a total of 65 paid drivers by Friday February 11th EOB (end of business). If we don’t reach that number, we will make alternate plans at another location.

Event Details

Where: Buttonwillow Raceway in Buttonwillow, CA

24551 Lerdo Highway
Buttonwillow, California 93206
When: May 7th and 8th (Saturday/Sunday).
Who: Driving and Non Driving activities open to Everyone.

Costs:
Drivers - $340 for Track Event and Banquet (will be capped at 25 per group for now)

Important Note: We must have a minimum of 60 drivers by a soon to be announced deadline.
If that is not achieved, the event will be rescheduled for a different time and location.

NON-Drivers/Guests - $40 for Banquet
Instructors - $40 for Banquet - All instructors are required to pay for the banquet and will be in Pending or Paid status until they have both

1. Paid, and
2. Are approved to be instructors by the Expo 11 committee.
   ‘Confirmed’ status indicates that you have been approved to be an instructor. We would like to get at least 25 instructors.
   Note, just because an individual signs up to be an instructor does NOT indicate that they will have ‘Confirmed’ instructor status.
