I need to know if the ITR have ABS…If not I would like to use the ITR master cylinder since its bigger, hence stop a bit better. I think our car have horrible brakes…I got slotted and crossed-drilled rotors and stainless-steel brake lines. Still seems to not stop as well as I prefer.

ITR mc won’t work… the hardlines won’t line up with it properly. All ITRs are ABS, so it doesn’t matter.
If you have ABS on your DA, you already have the same size master cylinder as an ITR. If you have non-ABS, hunt for an ABS booster and master cylinder for 90-93 Integras at the junkyard… a bolt on upgrade (15/16" to 1").
And if you’re not happy with your brakes now, a slightly bigger mc isn’t going to do much. It’ll just create less effort for your foot to do the same amount of work. Your braking distances will not shorten in any way.
