ITR Throttle Body on NON obd

i have a 91 non obd b20vtec setup…what will i need to do for a ITR TB obd2 to work will it plug up with my stock map sensor on to the ITR TB and work and along with the TPS any problems will i come across and has anyone done this before…i know it will bolt on but will it give me a check engine light? and what vacum lines get rerouted if any

TPS sensor and map sensors are the same, but you’ll need to either extend the wires for your map sensor harness to reach the map sensor on the ITR TB (since it’s mounted on top of the TB), or you’ll have to run a hose from the top of the ITR TB to your stock map sensor. I prefer the first way, since it’s much cleaner. The only other thing I can tell you is to buy a Skunk2 intake manifold if you are going to run the ITR TB. The bores need to be matched (between the TB and IM) to see any benefit. Best of luck.

Well, with my LS tb mated to my ITR intake manifold, the FITV doesnt mate so I’m gonna guess that the FITV doesnt mate when you match the LS IM to the ITR TB.

other than that I dont see any problem. And btw without the FITV matched up the car will still run no problems there are just some instances of a bad idle.

thanks g2guru …sounds good…i’ll let you know if any problems…

will there be a nipple under the map on the ITR tb when i remove i for the a hose to use…?..

what is FITV

No, there won’t be a nipple. Your best bet is to tap it and thread a small nipple into it. Hope this helps.
