So I thought I would finally make a build thread. Hope you guys like it. So here was the car when i first got it.
-b18a with a b16 tran.
-Greddy exhaust
-Megen header
-No name suspension
-No name intake
and I painted the HX’s




and here it is now

Are you on Pro-S or Pro-C suspension?

In that pic showing the header, are you still using the front engine mount? If so, how? I thought the full race traction bars didn’t have a provision for that mount. Or am I mistaken. I’m no longer using mine, anyway, as I have a complete B18C swap that doesn’t even have a front engine mount like that. But, figured others might want to know how you did that, if its functioning.

If memory serves, the newer FR traction bars can utilize the front mount.

Interested to hear the answer as well though.

The full race traction bar mounted right up to the engine mount heres another view off it

This is a picture from Full Race Motorsports, but mine look just like this one

okay. that’s good to know. do they still offer one without that provision? since I no longer use it, I’d hate to spend that money on something that I would end up machining off and possibly messing up the structural integrity of it. Even after trimming and welding my factory front crossmember like crazy, the 4-1 header I’m using still makes slight contact with it. It vibrates sometimes and I’d like to replace it with the Full Race bar, since this offers other perks than just good header clearance. If they still offer one without the front mount bracket, I’m all over it :wink:

-ITR header finally installed
-Painted the BBS’s white
-25mm spacers
-Wood grain warped my roof and wink mirror
-9K shift knob
