WOuld these be worth 200 bucks? got a line on some and wondering if the rest of ya have input… Guy says they are clean with 1 middle tab brok off but glueable.
I paid about $185 for mine, and it had one tab that was cracked. it ended up breaking as I was putting them on the car. Mine still mounted up fine. I used JB weld, and smoothed it out. Worked fine until I broke it again 
Still, with one broken tab, there is zero movement of the light. It is solid. Considering that the prices for one pieces have gone up to nearly $300 for a “decent” set, $200 for a fixable tab is reasonable. See if he’ll budge on the price a bit, and see if he’ll take $180. If not, work your way until you, hopefully, get a better deal. $200 isn’t a terrible deal, though. As long as everything else works, of course.

I agree with imcnblu. Headlights are now much more expensive than before.180 is a hell of a deal even with a broken tab. I got super lucky recently and bought a spare set for 125. Great buy sir!!! :rockon:
Nice find, don’t forget to check junk yards. I check weekly at mine just so I can check em out and see if anything’s salvageable.
Few months ago i got a pair of one pieces from there for $37… one broken tab on each, no hazing or scratches. Just keep an eye out.
junkyards out here are pillaged by brown guys daily & most have no discrimination towards destroying 1 part of a car to get another… Every DA I have come across they trash stuff trying to get that 1 peice of car they need.
you might fnd a set of 1 peices @ pick n pull, only to find one of em in Peices LOL

Regardless I am super stoked on this score. middle tab is there and can be JB welded back on… having seen other pics as long as the 2 end tabs are there they should be well secured with that middle tab as an extra anchor on the top… I’ll post pics on my build thread later after I grab em! They are coming of a super clean looking DA that is being parted out after the motor crapped…
Don’t use JB Weld to glue the tab, use this instead:

It bonds the plastic and is specially made to bond certain plastics used in car parts. You can than reinforce the repair with JB Weld.
I have used this to repair a cracked radio panel in a 2000 Civic and seat track plastic cover on my Mazda 3. Both still holding up strong.
I found a set at pick and pull and someone busted them up. There wasn’t even a front end wreck. Bastards.
I ended up passing on them they we hazed and yellowed Passenger side had a small crack across the lower corner which pretty much was the deal breaker for me. if I’m spending that much money I’d rather have the lenses not have any crack in em. driver side had a HID setup wired in & passenger side had just the lens & housing all bulbs removed…
if anyone else is interested lemme know and I’ll pass the guy’s number to ya.
I’d rather have my flawless 3 peices than sub par 1 peices

I’m mad I pretty much got rid of the pair I had! My buddy I used to work with at jiffy lube got a DA and he wasn’t much of a DA enthusiast but it came with jdm one pieces. I asked him to trade for my USDMs and I only put 30 bucks on top! Best investment ever. 180 is still a good deal though, I wish I could find that…
I had him down to 180… broken middle tab. crack on the corner (where a 3 peice corner llight is the very corner is cracked through)
