I just bought the JDM one pieces for my car and today i was hoping to get them on and hooked up and everything. I was told that the top 3 brackets line up fine but for the bottom, the stock brackets don’t fit. He says without bottom brackets, the top 3 brackets would crack and break with all the cold weather and snow we have here in Maryland. Where can I find these brackets that I need or Do I actually need them?
the ones that should come with the 1 pieces fit just fine, no problems. the only difference between the JDM integras and USDM integras, is RHD, side markers, B16(JDM) instead of B18(usdm) the one pieces, and the appropriate decals, at least thats the differences to my knowledge.
I know the top there bolts fit fine…but he said somethin about the bottom 2 not working…he said if you don’t have the bottom 2, they will flop around and break the plastic brackets on the top and the cold weather makes the plastic brittal like more breakable?
i dont even have the bottom brackets. been like this for prolly 3 some years…
the brackets are different from left to right cuz when i got mine, they sent me brackets from same side, so i hadta use my stock brackets anyway, no problem…
