I really didnt want to make a new thread for this but here it goes. I wanted to tint my DA but didnt really want the dark tint. I like the clear glass but is there any way possible to get that brownish haze tint that comes factory on the DAs in japan?
The bronze stuff in Japan is colored glass, and not a tint/film.
As far as I know its not DOT-approved.
Check around with local tint shops, they may have something in stock that is similar.
I’ve always wanted to do the same thing. It’s like an amber/brownish color and it looks dope! I’m not a huge fan of black film tint
As far as I know in MD, as long as it 35% it will be fine. You just can’t have Mirrored, reflective, or one way tint. That’s the law in MD, I know it differs state to state.
the tint thats close to that is called executive tint its a brown tint its like a glare in the morning u see threw the tint but at night u cant see inside the car
20% here in Missouri… any hue…
