so now if i follow the origonal wirring thats located in “teg tips”… how will they work? by the switch only correct?
so i should now be able to just push the botton and they will close then push the botton again and they wil re-open, i dont have to hold it down or anything liek that correct? sorry guess im a little confused.
and i know all of you are probably wondering why im posting about jdm mirrors if i alreayd dirve a xsi, because my xsi has US doors and mirrors on it now.
where did you find the honda relay? Any part numbers?
under the dash… front half of my car is a xsi, i bought a front clip and did the conversion… unfortunatly i ahd to use us dorrs so they had us mirrors, but the other day i was pokin around under the dahs and i found the relay , so i unpluged it and im just gona rewire it from scratch becuase i have no clue, how its wirred from the factory.

ooo quick question. the picture drawn shows one relay hooked to one mirror. or does one relay hook up to both? the radioshack relay is when you dont have the JDM relay (like in my case). another thing i had in question is that my car had never had power mirrors ever before. will i still have the harness under where the switch should be? i drive a '91 LS teg.
no, they both go to the same spot just make sure you have both wires from both folding mirrors going to the same spot… hey, where did you get your jdm folding mirrors and how much? (mine were broken, willin to sell em?)
i got mine from weaksauce.org. a lot of people own our type of integra on that site. whats wrong with them? mine had the problem that one of them wont fold out. im gonna fix that, most likely a wiring problem, if not im just gonna slap a new motor in there.
lol, those are the ones that I bought and returned, I’m the one that said that one of them doesn’t work, and it wasn’t a wiring job, I tired to test it, and had no go, but if you can change the motor out of them thats cool, if not good luck =)
hey mine try to open but along the way they click a few times then finally budge open, i knwo its not a wirring problem im pretty shure the motors arejust shot, it almost sounds like its getting stuck on sumthing… any fixes? where would i or yourself source these new motors?
radioshack should carry the same motors. or maybe a antenna motor would work, ill update you on the progress. its looks like ill have to install them first before i say anymore. btw does anyone know if i have the harness under there, regardless ill be checking it out on wednesday
Few questions…
(as asked before)… Where would someone look to get a factory Honda relay? Other than from an XSi?
Also, is there a factory switch for the mirrors? I plan on hooking the mirrors up to my alarm and a switch, factory would be the best when it comes to the switch.
I have access to about 50 Bosch relays, ALL DEI products and two other Installers that know any wiring situations I don’t. We’re going to spend a day re-doing my 1 pieces, the foglights, a speed adjustment on all flashers, the folding mirrors and anything else I come up with.
Messed up motors seem to be common on these things, I saw a pair the other day that kept clicking and would not open…
