All that work for terrible fitment…
I kind of agree. I remember that car, it’s definitely clean. It looks good for what it is, but it’s definitely a lot of work for less perfect fitment.
Well I still like the look, the ones I bought, were $100 plus the rape of $139 shipping from overseas. Whatever, they looked to be in great shape with the black housings, I did not go with the HID because of the extra modifications needed, the extra clearance looked a little more daunting of a modification. My plan is either fiberglass the hood for modifications, which would be the easiest, welding all of those fitment corners looks a little more out of my skill level with my welder, and I don’t see any really big benefit with the extra work involved, I could maybe do some and finish with fiberglass I guess. I still have not received them yet, so I still need to figure out all of the fitment issues. I know this can look good done right, and give a decent update of projectors to my car and later add in a after market hid kit. Like I said, when I start this project, I will take pictures, and what I did, but I think these look way better than the jdm one-pieces I had before.
