JDM Type R lights

Do anyone kno what you have to do in order to convert the stock headlights to the JDM Type R headlights

Alot of body work. The Honda Integra lights from a Teg and quite different, I recommend if you can find one just to buy a JDM front end.

You mean DOES anyone know, and it requires like said above alot of body work, and some work behind the headlight so that it fits in the bay, finder needs to be redone, so does the hood, and bumper so have fun with bondo and cutting :werd:

Do a:search: someone showed pics of their friends conversion, from what i remember there was welding in the hood and radiator support

i have no idea why you’d recommend that, thats an even worse idea. getting a jdm G3 front end to fit on your G2 would be a HUGE pita x100, whereas putting jdm G3 headlights on your G2 is only a HUGE pita x10.

Like solid said, you need to rewire, modify mounting brackets, modify fenders, modify hood, and modify bumper. and by “modify” i don’t mean just cut some out. You will actually have to cut out metal, add metal in some areas and reshape a lot of curves to get it to look decent. IMO a huge waste of time and money…just get the jdm g2 headlights, IMO they look better on a G2 anyway.
