A bit of info on my transaction with JdmDAoldskl (kong thao)

I bought a set of CDM/JDM whatever you want to call it seat belts with the pillars.

I sent payment to him on February 1st 2008 using paypal.

a week after week after week i would send him emails wondering if he found a box or found a way to ship the pillars because he said he only has a box for the seatbelts and hardware.

i was patient with him due to the fact that i didnt need them right away…

then one day a box shows up at my house…

i will get a picture of what it looks like and the date stamp from USPS.
it was sent out February 29th 2008

so i sent him an email again wondering where the pillars were and telling him that i had received the seatbelts.

i offered to pay extra for the shipping because the original deal was 200 + 30 shipping… and the shipping for the seatbelts alone was $30

so i sent him email week after week… and he never replies…

finally today this is what i get:

Havent you recieved the paypal email your funds were returned to your account because on my account it shows your payment is declined which means I never recieved your money. Also the items have been sold to some one else already sorry for any inconveniece.

if the payment to him was declined… he wouldn’t have shipped out the seatbelts february 29th… almost a month after i sent him the initial payment.

if a bank account has insufficient funds paypal tries to withdraw the amount again i believe 3 times… with a 3 day lapse in between.

so thats what a total of 9 days… someone correct me if im wrong.

and i took a snapshot of my paypal account too that says the transaction has been completed.

so basically 2 months later im left with stupid useless seatbelts that i paid $230 for…

i’ll contact paypal asap and see if what he is telling me is the truth… because i dont have $230 in my account.???

other than that i’ll just have to contact the frenso authorities.

i would like to keep it civil and just mail him his seatbelts back at my loss and have him refund me my money…

i realize he hasnt logged on since feb 13th
but this is for reference for future buyers if he ever logs back on again and tries to sell stuff

I wouldn’t send anything back until you get your money. Try contacting Paypal and letting them know that he has not sent all you items and see if they will refund some of your money.

this situation im in is very weird…

there seems to be two people that im dealing with… kong thao or tony ly…

both have seperate email addresses… i originally had contacted jdmdaoldskl@yahoo.com (tony ly)

he had sent a payment request (bill) to my email address that i had contacted him through… though his paypal address is not jdmdaoldskl@yahoo.com

so i didnt think anything of it…

well when i started this thread kong thao had sent me an email which i had posted above saying that i had cancelled the payment and he sold it to someone else… so he’s not going to send it out…etc

so i asked for proof or else i’ll call paypal and see if i can get the situation squared away…

well turns out the screenshot that he got me was of when i cancelled the money request he sent to my email address that i had originally contacted him through…

reason why i cancelled it was because that is not my paypal address either.

and i had told him that i sent the payment using my paypal email address which is different…

now since i havent heard from him or either one of them thats why i contacted them both…

so i got an email from tony ly… saying that he hasnt been on the internet lately and that he’ll ship it out next week and was wondering if i had received the seatbelts…

so im confused… does this guy not know that im the same person?

so hopefully i’ll get my pillars next week and this thread can be closed and done with.

Well ask him what the other guys email was and see if it matches your other one.

well JdmDAoldskl is my brother and about your CDM seat belts con. u should received two packets of boxs form ups or usps.

hope so… once i receive them i’ll post in this thread so it can be closed up and be done with.

sorry for the confusion on my part and i appreciate you getting back to me.
