Ok, so right now im changing my timing belt…
yesterday i took out my spark plugs to find that the anti seize stuff i put on there when i replaced em like a month ago has been like melted on my #2 cylinder and it looks like goo and on #3 and #4 it’s gone (can’t take out #1 cause cylinder head thread is bad) I’ve taken out the plugs like 3 times since ive put em in (valve adjustments) and every time the anti seize stuff has been just fine on it…i’ve only drivin it like 2 times since the last time I looked at em, are the plugs getting too hot or something the plug at the end looks a bit white…if it is too hot how can i fix it?
Also, on the lower timing belt cover there is a bastard 10mm bolt inside a little cave or something like that and i try ti turn it with a ratchet and 10mm and it holds onto it and then just slips off it…i know the bolt isn’t stiped or the socket cause ive never had the timing belt changed what tool can i use to get it good…
I think thts it
Thanks in advance guys!

It does sound like your plugs are getting way too hot. Have you noticed your engine temperature going up at all? Either way, make sure your connections are good on your plug wires (on both ends). Beyond that, I’m not sure cuz I don’t have my Haynes with me (and it has that handy dandy spark plug guide in the back!) Also what kind of anti-seize are you using?
Lower timing belt bolt: are you using a regular socket or a deep one? And is it a 6-point socket or 12? Try a 6-point deep socket, and hopefully that will do the trick.
