i just got a 92 gsr and woulkd like to know what exhaust would give me the best performance with a low tone

I’m in the same boat. Just got a 92 gsr in february and have been looking for the same thing. So far I’ve seen only 2 that I like. HIS hi power silent exhaust and tanabe touring exhaust.

My vote goes for the Hi-Power. nice deep tone, not raspy at all but really growls in those upper RPM’s

thanks i really like the gsr are has a few problems but has a clean title cant complain about that

Greddy makes a great exhaust for the DA as well.

if either of you are selling OEM GSR exhaust/muffler I’d love to talk about buying it

if i had the factory one i wouldnt be worried but the klid i got it from had another exhaust put on it and it is terriable… oh and what kind of test pipe would i be able to use on the gsr

i have the catback thermal exhaust with dc ceramic header…sounds real good when vtec kicks, and isn’t too loud at all when normal drivin. has a low “well tuned” sound. jus my opinion though

I have a 92 DB2 also. The greddy SP2 exhaust for the DA integra is long discontinued. I just put the Tanabe touring medallion on mine and I absolutely love it. Nice and quiet all the way to the 8000rpm redline and it makes excellent power! Not a better exhaust out there for the money in my opinion. I really like it because the muffler sits sideways like stock. Perfect fitment as well. Spend yourself the extra money you won’t be disappointed.

i really looked into the tanabe now if i could just come up with 600 dollars

Look around. I got mine from race inspired for about 550. Amazon has them for pretty cheap as well. You have to buy an extension piece also as the exhaust is made to fit the 90-91. 92-93 have to have the extension. And trust me it is well worth the price. You will love this exhaust ask anyone who owns one.

all exhaust need the extension? no matter the brand?

If the exhaust is made for the 90-91 then yes you would need it. If it specifies that it is for the 92-93 than no.

I got it from the same place I ordered my exhaust from. Or you can fabricate one if you know someone. I just bought one. I think it was 85 bucks.
