Thanks ill definently keep that in mind lownslow. And im glad you like the bay. Its not done i got some paint to redo scratched the valve cover pretty badly putting it in but it will get redone.
Cool story bro
hey saw the thread read like 6 pages. anyone come up with an estimate of a budget swap? the reason why i ask is i am getting a k24 setup out of a rolled crv for free. i just picked up a full rhd clip that i will be swapping over this winter. i have always dreamed about owning a rhd k-swapped da. i just need to figure out how much it money (estimate ofcourse) to put the k b!tch in. any help would be very useful. just wanna see if its feasable for me budget or if i should just put my b18a-turbo setup in there.
Since you got the platform already maybe like 4000. Idk what you need, what you plan on doing with the crv engine. Turbo or n/a. 5 speed for turbo, 6 speed is just baller. It really all depends on what road you go down. Plan it out figure out what you NEED first, then go for the “doing it right the first time” line.Do you think youll like shifting with your left hand?
anyone using hasport mounts? what cable to hydro converison are you all using? hows oil pan clearance with k20 and k24s?
Alright so I been searching for a good picture of how the Hasport mount kit goes and here is a link to a page that has it . . . ENJOY!!!
Is it possible to run this set-up “legally” in California??
I don’t know how I feel about the drop radius rods in 1Slw4Dr’s link.
Ya I don’t like it either I would just use an aftermarket traction bar or something.
Ya as long as you handle all the emissions and ref rules
Traction Bar is the best option. Even more if you are really low.
Finally got my DA running. Just got it tuned by Bisimoto.
Dyno vids are reallllllllllllly over played and boring, but you have a k swapped DA driving so congrats. Good ass whoopin vids much appreciated if your into that or track vids are dope too!
I agree. I try to shoot videos next time.
FYI: DASBY DESIGN hooked me up on a proto type exhaust for my DA. They are offering 100% bolt on K20 swap applications. They should release the one for the DA soon. I’m going to dyno test the results tomorrow.
I’ve been a lurker here for quite some time. I have far too many threads to feel inclined to make another one, and it’s quite possibly too late at this point for it all to make sense, aside from covering the swap. But the whole project is more than just a K swap so I’ll include a link for anyone who cares. Anyway, here’s where my K20 DA is at these days.
And not to discourage anyone but here’s a major downfall of a K swap + lowered car

So is there a full kswap kit being made for the 90-93 integra?

You forgot to mention downfall of a slammed car with hasport kit. Sil’s and ABS’s car arnt that low and i couldn’t tell you about mine since i don have it on any wheels yet.
I don’t know what you mean lol. Isn’t that what I said… well lowered, not slammed?
I think he means the mounts you’re using are a factor to that downfall but I could be wrong
I suppose. Yea the HASport kit mounts it lower for hood clearance. Does anyone have a ground clearance picture with other mount kits? That would be really informative. My car def isn’t slammed, it’s just these chassis sit so low
