Keep your DA secure. Just a friendly reminder.

Got my DA back in June as a bonestock white LS with 107k. With a responsive throttle, tight steering, and good looks, I instantly fell in love. It turned into a money pit, and quick. Having taken great care of it for the past 5 months, needless to say my heart was broken when I discovered it stolen today when I eagerly walked to where I left it for that stress relieving drive that makes my day, day after day. Lock your cars up. Take all the extra precautions when it comes to security, cause you’ll be wishing you did if you ever find yourself in my position. F*ck thieves. RIP

Dude that really sucks. Sorry to hear about the bad news but I hope you get it back, and soon…

sorry about your loss. fuck thives!!!

Damn in Hawaii too? Figured there wouldn’t be as many asshats out there I’m just glad I live in a little ass town in the stickss lol driveway sucks for lowered cars but I also know when someone is coming up the drive from about a 200 yards when the dog starts freaking out. Open that kennel and no one will get remotely close let alone still be thinking of stealing my car haha

Hope you get it back man

Doesn’t help that our cars are stupid easy to break into and steal. Sorry to hear man, hope you find her soon.

Cops found her the other night. Went to check her out in the yard today. Swapped out my wheels, left the exhaust hanging, cleaned out my interior, and ripped off the wing. Gonna keep an eye for my wheels on the streets. I live on an island, I’ll run into them again sooner or later…

Why is it on that forklift? It doesn’t look that bad.

Broken exhaust hangers and the thieves ripped out my cold air. Added an interior shot and a rear shot too. Considering how clean everything was before, it’s pretty bad…

Does it still run and drive the same? I would consider you lucky because in the continental states you would be lucky to get it back at all.

sucks that it got stolen, suck that shit got taken, but its still alive and thats all that matters in this case.
take this as a lesson (not that you needed one). get more better security. kill switches are amazing at deterring theft (fuel, ECU, starter, ALL OF THEM), especially when they are all scattered around the car.
get it all back running and go for that drive you were going to take, itll be one of the most satisfying drives youll take, trust me. when my last car was stolen i didnt see it for two weeks before it was found in ok shape. the next spirited drive was awesome.
then it got stolen again 6 months later, stripped of its goodies and torched, left on a beach three hours down south of here.

From the looks of it, the forklift did the most damage to the car…hopefully I am wrong.

It would piss me off to see a wrecker service treat my car like that.

One time I had my 1989 Mercury Sable stolen and when it was recovered I had to pay $200 in towing fees because I was unable to recover it from the scene. The report specifically said for the cops to call me if they found it and let me take it home myself if driveable. I dont know exactly what they wanted with the car, but it kinda looked like they were interested in the old pushrod v6 and my Army battery. They actually caught the thieves driving it too lol.
Oh yeah that was my 24th birthday as well.

that sucks bro… i just got my front clip stolen in september and i had to buy a whole new integra. i’m in the process of putting all my good parts off my stolen '92 onto the new '90.
it sucks that people snag up our rides and strip them. instead of stealing from each other all of us DA drivers should be supporting each other. we are getting rarer and rarer.
