I dont know what to think in this situation. I recieved one side skirt over a week ago, and still have not recieved the other one. He lost the tracking number for the second skirt as well. This kidd wont respond to my e-mails either. Here is the link He was asking 60 picked up, I paid him $160 shipped.

keep in mind its a very hectic time for returning college students (which he is), so maybe thats why he hasnt gotten back to your email.
Ok well I got one sideskirt on the 18th. It is not my fault he never sent/lost the second tracking number. Without a tracking number I cannot contact ups about it. I am gonna give it another week or so before I file a claim through paypal.
Paypal dispute has been opened.
Ok so i contacted staples, They said he only shipped one package.
I paid 160$$$ for one side skirt. That is soo fucked up.

tell you what you do. whenever you make a large purchase through paypal, make sure that you use a badass credit card and charge it to that. that way, you can do a chargeback though your creditcard company rather than paypal. Chase is #1. those guys have saved me from many a-dodgy sellers…

on another note, was your dispute ever solved…since you brought this up?
tell you what you do. whenever you make a large purchase through paypal, make sure that you use a badass credit card and charge it to that. that way, you can do a chargeback though your creditcard company rather than paypal. Chase is #1. those guys have saved me from many a-dodgy sellers…

I lost contact with him and he left the site. I still have yet to see the other side skirt. I just stumbled upon this thread the other day, and thought I would bring it back to see if he scammed anyone else.
chase is also number one to get their money too, dont ever be late on a payment or go over your credit car, i did. I am paying alot of money back now.
