leaking oil *driver side*

Fixed

Notice when you’re looking through the cam gears, you’ll see a little puddle stream. Hopefully it’s just the valve cover gasket, I’m thinking about replacing that first before ruling it as cam seal?

Lol my new alternator and fuel pump didn’t even arrive yet and now this problem occurred.

if you pull the vc off, clean up the area real nice with brake clean, you might be able to run it with the vc off and see if it’s coming from the cam seal. maybe. or it might make a little mess. either way, you wanna pull the vc off anyways and have a look. maybe there’s a nick in the sealing surface

yes i would agree with welfare (like i always do) it looks like it can be the front cam seals. But since you are going to take out the valve cover anyways i will suggest you change that too.

Its either the cam shaft oil seal or the valve cover gasket. Try to remove the pulley so that you can thoroughly check where the leak is coming from.

I would replace the came seals regardless if theyre to blame or not. Theyre cheap and its easy to do. But i think its the cam seal. Ive never know a vc gasket to leak like that. When they fail they normally spray oil and the trail it leaves isnt so neat.
