A bunch of my friends made their own… But you can buy this at the store… That little thing came with one of my friends Civic SI Sedan.
Another JDM fad. I think it looks good, but I lived over there for a couple of years and got to used to seeing it all the time. Over there it actually serves a function, where as here it is just form.

You are looking for form rather then function. In japan they just bend the thing most of the time or sometimes go as far as making a custom bracket. Like I said over there it is for funtion so they dont care how it is done, ie:bending it, as long as it does the job.
Here is the site, and took about 3 secs of typing in tilted license plate bracket and got a site that sells them.
Disreagard all the BS reasonings that they list for buying it. The reason why they do in japan is so when you are cooking down the freeway and go under the speed cameras, the plate is tilted so far that the camera cant get the plate #. In the states we dont have camera systems like they do that are over head and that you drive under so other then looks it is pointless.
^^Not to mention that in Washington your plates must be at a 90 degree angle to the road surface.
I’ve never heard of anyone getting pulled over for it, though I’m sure someone on here has.

I am glad there are no front license plate laws here in AZ. I just got a Neuspeed license plate block off and called it a day.
Go to autozone and you’ll find them there. Thats were I picked up my license plate bracket similar to the one posted by japanjay, I dont have it at that crazy angle though.
