Hey guys, thought I’d make a build thread and show y’all my Gen 2 :rockon:

I have big plans for this car. It’s a DA9 1992 Integra LS, 4spd auto trans. I paid a grand for this bish! I’m on a high school budget too so…

The day I bought it- roof racks, water leak, cracked windshield, heavy mildew scent from water leak, cracked motor mounts, burned out spark plugs, dirty dirty dirty interior, dirty ass exterior, stained carpets, bad IACV, bad P/S pump, and other various repair items. It was sitting in a driveway for about 18 months. See the first img attachment.

As of March 2010 I’ve repaired or replaced everything except for the IACV and windshield and it’s basically all stock at the moment. I’m replacing the idle air control valve on saturday morning, washed it, polished and waxed it, cleaned up the interior and all the kicker panels, power washed/pressure washed, shampooed and patched up all the seats and carpet, and replaced the stock tape player. I’ve dropped over 800 bucks on repairs.

quick update

september 2010 - my auto '92 gets stolen. i wake up before school and the cops are at my door telling me they got it recovered in the hood, a bad part of southeast san diego. my dad picks it up- it has no front clip. my headlights, HIDs, front bumper, both fenders and hood are stripped. my speakers get stolen as well and i lose some personal items (they left my nice stereo and all motor parts for some reason)

october 2010 - i get my second car, a 5spd '90 integra. i learn to drive manual slowly but surely.

present - building up my '90 and doing lots of conversions. i already did the 92-93 taillight conversion, swapped a lot of interior parts and added mudflaps. more updates soon.

remember kids, get a security system. my shit was stolen without even having to break glass and my doors were all locked.

You speak the truth. SESD is crazy with import theft.glad i moved from that.
