lighting problem

So today, I was driving home from work and I went to turn my lights on (it was 11 p.m.) and none of the cluster lights came on, none of the dash lights came on, the clock didn’t dim, and the ash tray light wouldn’t turn on. I checked the fuses, and none were blown. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Miles

New development, I just got home from work. On my way I was pulled over, and i guess my tail lights do not work also, he left me with a warning since I was apologetic and thanked him for notifying me.

What could the problem be? what should I look for?

Do your brake lights work? Headlights? Turn signals? High Beams?

brake lights worked, headlights worked, high beams worked, and so do the turn signals. I think it must be the switch. I checked the parking light fuse and it is working. I am thinking it is the switch. How do I remove the switch? I am assuming to have to take the steering wheel off also, how do I do that?

Hey me and you are having a similar problem. except my fuse keeps blowing.

I checked my fuse this morning, and it was missing… i replaced it, and went for a drive, and suddenly, it stopped working again, the fuse is not staying in there tightly. HAHAHA i feel dumb. a little duct tape fixed that problem. :bang:
