I did a search and couldn’t find anything on this. may i searched wrong.
My friend bought a integra and everything seemed to be all good until night time, and he turned on his lights. nothing came on. we checked fuses and wires and everything seemed fine. when we took out his gauge cluster we noticed a 4th plug on the cluster and only 3 jumpers available. could this be the reason why his lights don’t work or is it completely the wire harness?
put in the another cluster inside and doesn’t work still. is there any other things that would affect the rear lights from comming on besides the wire harness?
it’s the outside lights the rear brake lights. i replaced the bulbs, replace the gauge cluster. and the rear lights still don’t work. fronts work. inside dash lights don’t. yes i check that’ll lil light switch. i so do not want to change his wire harness. cost like 3k in hawaii to replace that thing from the dealer.
Check fuse #11 under the dash (it’s a 15 amp fuse). If it’s blown and blows again after replacing it, then you have a short in your parking light wiring or in the dash light wiring (if it has an aftermarket stereo, chances are the dash light wire going to the original one is touching something)
Hi, well in my case the rear lights weren’t working. I checked teh fuses, changed the bulbs, still didnt work. I find out it was the negative cable that wasnt making good contact with the bulbs. I just moved the negative cables in each bulb and they started working.
