Little Xenon and HID Headlights Question

Call me noob, lol

I know that HID is a kit to install on headlights system.

Is Xenon Bulbs are the light that goes in? Or I can put Xenon bulbs on my stock headlight plugs/wiring??

Is there anyone here that know a lot about headlight and wanna do a write-up :slight_smile:

The bulbs are just that… Bulbs. They have the XENON/HID wannabe’s which just changes the color of the headlights and makes the output suck… The HID KIT is a simple plug and play. And yes you use your same harness it just go’s to the ballast which has another set of plugs that go the HID bulb. Or something like that… I cant remember for sure.

Also if you get an HID kit don’t get anything above 6000k, the light output sucks after that.

I’m not sure his question was answered. I to have a similar question. I have purchased jdm headlights and an HID kit. My question is: What type of bulbs should i use and where can i find them.

JDM 1 Pieces use H4H bulbs… A very few companys make H4H HID bulbs.

Tougetuning.com is the only one i know of that sells H4H…

Will H4 H.I.D kit fit into the JDM one peices?

With some minor modifications. There’s a teg tip on this, But i’ve heard bad things about the H4 set up.
