Is this because I added less coolant and more water??
My car also steams quite a bit from condensation when it’s really cold.
The condensation is normal, all cars do that. Check to see if you’re leaking coolant first. You may want to even pressure test your radiator to make sure. If you don’t find any leaks it’s quite possible that your head gasket may be blown.
