Okay, I know I’ve seen a message or 2 about this somewhere, but I can’t find anything on a search (maybe I’m asking the wrong questions). I’m looking for a place to get a hold of the yellow fog lights for a 90-91 g2 that are positioned under the turn signals. I know I’ve seen them before on this site, but I can’t find a good picture of them or a place to purchase them from. If anyone has any input (besides “put JDM 1-pieces on it”) it would be much appreciated. I wasn’t sure if this message belonged here or in Electrical, so anyone with authority please feel free to move it at your discretion. Thanks in advance.
are you talking about the mugen ones?
I’m not certain if they’re Mugen or not, but I know that they’re yellow-lensed lights that sit below the turn signal lights. Damn, I wish I could find that picture that I saw on here.

I hid these behind my o.e.m lip, but just recently had an accident and pretty much toast the front bumper… along with one of the foglights… i was so pissed. but luckily i found another set of these fogs :)… The ones i picked up are called “QUARTZ HALOGEN”… did a search of them on google but couldn’t find anything on them… it also says Diecast aluminum, complete lighting kit and ultra slim design on the package…has a clear lens and a yellow reflector…i like em 
that’s why i had to get another set!..these fit pretty good too behind the oem lip…but it doesn’t give off that great of light since its tucked behind the lip. :rockon:

Yes, something like that! I know I’ve seen a set that will fit on the factory front without too much modification, I’m just not sure where I saw them at.

i think they’re called koito, not sure of their origins but apparently they’re true jdm and impossible to find
jkeno is the member here that posted pics of his car with them, it’s the china blue car in the nisei car show thread.
the one jetswu’s got look like mugen because they fit into that mugen bumper perfectly since they’re bigger than the koitos.

Damn. More JDM shit that I’m not willing to spend a ridiculous ammount of money to get. I suppose I’ll keep my eyes out at the local auto parts stores to see if I can’t find a set of look-alikes. Thank you all for the information!
Just out of curiosity: Has anyone ever tried to fit the fogs from an 88-89 Prelude into the mounting area? I almost think they’d work if I could devise some sort of bracket to mount them.

Ya I find wierd things on Ebay. Found a motherboard for my server by looking for clothes for my daughter. Not really sure how that ended up happening, but there is this dual proc motherboard sitting in between a bunch of “1sies” in my search for her clothes.
Oh well, I would buy them if I had the cash, but I need to save money for my next big project.
