Yes or you can use the grease that comes in those little blue things that look like accordians or that gm grease in that green can you can find at auto zone.
Grease liberally. You want the inside to be as packed full of grease as you can get. Put the bolt in and out a bunch of times so it spreads evenly on the inside of the bushing in the lca.
General use anti-seize works like a charm. I use it on most any suspension related bolt. Especially if you’re in a part of the country that gets any snow.
But yes, in a pinch most any type of grease is better than nothing.

Well I had this h22 for sale for a while now and nobody wanted it so I’m putting it in my da instead of the ls motor…going h2b

rebuild the block, im ordering the kstuned balance shaft eliminator kit with new oil pump then its off to the machine shop to get honed “if need be” and hone the rods, new piston rings, arp rod bolts, acl race bearings and micro polish the crank
the head is already finished with JG dual valve springs and ti retainers, milled 0.030, viton valve seals, seated valves…i will be using the stock jdm cams for now seeing as people are making roughly 210whp with this same setup so thats my goal, i will be also using a skunk2 intake manifold, omni 70mm TB, logic tri-y header, 3" full exhaust and a QSD H2B kit

i was gonna put this motor in my EF hatch but with skunk2 pro 1 cams and try to run 11’s but i found out that the block needed to be rebuilt so i sold the hatch and cams to buy a gun and now putting the motor in my da cuz it just spun a rod bearing and i still had the h22 so might as well
