Ok so heres the deal… I got 2 tegs…92 db2 with a ys1 trans…and a 91 ls with a b16 n s1 lsd trans…now i want to swap my ls trans i have sittn around into the 91 ls and take the s1 trans out and put it in the db2… Now i know they all work with each other but will the clutches have to be changed as well?? Im kinda lost on this… Lol the plan is to have the ys1 in the 91 ls and the s1 in my db2… Just dont want to have both cars sittn with the trannys out…
If I understand your question correctly. Yes, you will need to swap the clutch disk. The pressure plates are the same, but the input shaft on the 90-91 Integra has a different spline count which will require you to keep the original disk w/ it’s respective trans.
