someone told me that since you have to re route the oil to the head on the left side, that the oil relys on the cam to carry the oil to the end of the cam on the right. during the split second of no oil at the end of the cam, the cam lobe will be touching metal on metal. is this true? someone enlighten me. thanks a lot guys
I don’t think that’s true. My LS/Vtec has about 45,000 miles on it and the head and cams look the same as when I installed them.
