Main fuse keeps blowing!!!

i did some headwork to my car port polish, cams etc… and i reinstalled it.As i was hooking up the neg batt cable it sparked like hell and i heard pop.Blew my main (80A) fuse in the under hood fuse box.So i buy another one, drop it in(battery cables still attatched) and pop, it’s blown. What could be happening to make the fuse blow? I need help please!
i also should mention that i removed those two solenoids hangin on the firewall, and there is one electrical connecter just hangin there, near the brake booster, also i moved some wires around, just moved em ,didn’t solder or anything.I can see that there is some exposed wire on my headlight(right side).but the car ran fine before i took the head off, also it’s an auto (and the egr valve is plugged in)

oh okay nvm, i’m the biggest idiot.I hooked the battery cables backwards, could this have damaged any other electrical components?:bang:

It should not have, that’s what the fuse is for, however if the car will not start or run properly I would check the ECU/ECM. 94
