http://www.mcmaster.com/

Part number: 59935K84 for males
Part number: 59935K74 for females

all are $8.49 a peice

Thanks for bumping this thread. Very interesting.

A few questions about the heim joints from the company you linked…do you think the joints will rust being under the car exposed to road water? The zinc ones don’t have a stainless steel ball as far as I can see. Also what is this stuff about left hand or right hand threads?

are these the same like blox endlinks?

Aluminum bushings

Are you still selling the aluminum bushings? can you tell me how to make them or get them? through here or email - favian1388@yahoo.com, thanks

No, I don’t/won’t make any more bushings. I dont remember the dimensions but the basic principle is this:

  • cut out rubber bushings. Sway bar will have holes.
  • Measure inside diameter of holes, this is the outside diameter of the bushing you need.
  • Measure width of holes, this is the width of the bushings.
  • Figure out what size bolt you want to use on your end links, measure it, and this is the inside diameter of the bushings you need.
  • Find someone with a lathe.
  • Make said bushings to measured spec.

Ben

if some one gives me dimensions i can always make these
