i need to replace my rack n pinion dew to someone not caping it off… steering is really loose and i was wondering if you can use a ef rack or if there is any manuel rack you can use? please help

do i use a ef subrame too… and the tie rods or anything?
It will bolt up to your subframe. I replaced all my inner and outer tie rods with new ones.
