You probably accidently copied and pasted the wrong pic. That happened to me once. My thread was about posting your interiors. I posted a pic of my kid from photobucket by accident.

No, the hood with flames does not belong on this car. It goes on a metro lol. So, all I lack is reinstalling the booster delete, relocating battery, new exhaust, and hooking up a/c and cruise.
Bad news though :’( I need to put a new core support in. Fortunately I have one from a sedan parts car. Gonna cut everything from the seam along the shock towers forward and weld it in sometime soon. Hopefully I wont have to undo the motor mounts. No biggie if I do. Pink obd1 valve cover is being traded for a white obd2 one. Im also looking for an obd2 IM so I can clean up some more of the vacuum line mess. Shes looking waaay clean in person. I am pretty effing stoked. Any thoughts or ideas?
I have my stock 3piece headlights in for the time being. The core support is too wonky to get the one pieces to fit. New core support will go in sometime in february. In the meantime, I want to focus on rigidity. Are ebay chassis stiffening parts as good as name brand? I’m going to get a beaks bar, but other than that, are ebay tie bars shit? Could someone point me in an affordable direction?

She lives!!! After troubleshooting a 16 code, she runs like a top. Idle fluctuation is kinda gnarly, but only once the car warms up. Gonna go through the whole vacuum system, iacv/fitv, and when I get an obd2 intake mani, I will replace the gasket for it and the tb. The brakes are shit. Firm pedal but no stop. CEL came on after hard braling (non abs car) so I habe more codes to pull. Wondering if there’s a vacuum leak that’s causing the brake issue AND the idle surge. Oh well, the fun in owning a piece of shit car is making it awesome. Just gonna take a little time and maybe a little cash. After all that is sorted out, time for blower motor and heater troubleshooting. Then interior tlc, audio, and a special urban camo rattle can special from the a-pillars forward to hold me over u til championship white time next spring. I will post pics maybe this evening. I’m pretty worn out.

Exhaust welded on. While on the lift, I discovered my heater core is shit. Grrrrrr… had to leave car in town and hitch a ride to work. Damnit.
man i would bypass the core and drive with no heat in -20 temps just so i could drive that car…that is coming along so nice man. good stuff!

Well, did some… umm… improvements(?) today. Front panels were all different colors, so I thought it would be a good idea to camo it. Just until I get a new core support in. Well, heres some pics. Flame on!

Thanks man. The fenders were already rattle canned (poorly I might add), so I couldn’t think of a reason to not do it. Might as well have fun with it. I don’t feel that it looks good or bad. Just better than what it was. Its hard to tell in pics, but the paint was way haggard before I camo’d it. You can still.see how the core support is tweaked. Front bumper doesn’t quite line up, and there’s a gap btwn it and the pass side headlight assy. The core support will be swapped next year, hopefully sometime in february. Then I can start to be ocd about paint and gaps and such.
