WOW, a CF rear bumper. I’ve only seen CF Fenders, Hood and Trunk. Never have I seen a rear CF bumper. Why couldn’t you have been in SoCal??? GLWS
The bumper came with my purchase but it was not installed on the car. The side skirts also came with the car; they seem like plastic or fiberglass.

Yes the P/S system worked well with no leaks. i am in bowie, md.
What kind of front lip is that and is it direct bolt on? It looks like its glued on there lol.
It was held on by screws and epoxy. The previous owner installed it. I will sell it for $10.
But it fits directly on so I dont have to trim or rig it on? And if you ship Ill pay for the shipping 
Yes it bolts/ glues/however you want to do it right on. No cutting. Perfectly fits 92 and 93 bumper style.
