found them on ebay for $120, and ive read good reviews but im skeptical because of the low price. anybody heard anything about these?
They look like the ebay coilovers that are 30 bucks. But if they are good i think i just might buy some!
edit : o and the spring rate is 450lb/ft for the front and 350lb/ft rear and it has 1 year warranty.
i dont know if this ^ means the springs are stiff or soft.
Megan ewww…
Just buy some GCs.
I have those and I’m running them with Tokico Illuminas. For daily, they are pretty smooth if you have adjustable shocks. I was lowered about 3 inches with the dampners set at stiffiest and the ride was bouncy but when I set it to max soft, the ride is smooth…
Had them for about a year now and it still rides the same…
I got mine for $100 bucks shipped somewhere else other than ebay… forgot where though… sorry.
the only time i have used megan was on my mr2. but they were full coilovers i got for $400 (instead of 1200) they wernt bad, but they kept killing my endlinks. they wouldnt be my first choice… but the price isnt too bad

oh nice i have illuminas too. Right now they are paired with the tokico lowering springs (i got the spring combo). Now that my car is beat to hell i might just want to lower it more for kicks.
Now i have to find out the spring rates for the tokico springs.
edit: okay, i emailed tokico, the springs that come with the ILK204 kit are 450lb and 337lb respectively. The megan rears are more stiff than the tokcio rears. Fronts have a negligible difference. after that it comes down to spring quality.
