Megan Racing Coilovers

Constructed of 6061 CNC Machined aluminum sleeves and SAE 9254 Steel coil springs, the coil-over system is designed for competition as well as high-performance street use. The higher spring rate in the suspension drastically improves handling of the vehicle in turns, reduces wheel hop and improves weight transfer during hard acceleration. Adjustable from 0-3" drop, the coil over suspension also improves the appearance of your car by reducing fender gap between the wheel and the body of your car. Priced well below our competitors, Megan Racing coil-overs prove you don’t have to spend a fortune for high-performance and quality. (Please note, upgradedshocks are recommended for cars lowered more than 2.25").

well I can get me a set of megan racing coilovers from a shop up here in Calgary for cheaper than what everyone else charges. But before I go ahead and get these I wanted to see if anyone had any reviews/stories about this company.

I searched on here and honda-tech to see but no one has anything about their coilovers. well thanks in advance.

Personally I dunno about the coilovers but im pretty sure thats the same company that sells a lot of stuff on ebay. Can’t say I’d go with em. I know they make cheap headers.

bring it back.

anybody have these? groundcontrols are too much right now. i wanna drop my db2 more and put the sportlines on my DD db1

I have them paired with Tokico Illuminas. At first when installed, they ride pretty nice with the Tokicos set to softest setting. I was lowered about 2 inches. The ride was not bumpy at all and it settles nice when going over a bump.

After about 3 years, I lowered the car to +2.5 inches and they tend to get kinda bumpy… so my take on them is if you’re lowered to about 2 inches or less… they can be very comfortable… but only if you have damper adjusting shocks…

thanks hy thats good to know. i think ill get them and keep the drop small till i upgrade to koni shocks or full coilovers. gonna put the sportlines + new gr2 on my girls DB1
