I purchased a set of headlights off GSR4U2NV for 250 USD. He said they were in perfect condition. I got them after her shipped through Canadapost and they were damamged. I sent him pics of the damage and he said it must have been done through shipping however now he won’t return my e-mails and I can’t start the claim process. I could understand if he was busy but he has been posting on here. I sent him an e-mail on Feb 22nd and from then till now he has yet to respond to my e-mails. I’m not trying to make it hard on him I just need to get my insurance money if it was damaged in shipping. my time is running out to file a claim.
WOW!! already making complaints eh??? its been what a few days that i havnt returned your emails…gimme a break man…its been a fucken rough week for me and me entire family…my grandmother juust passed away and i just havnt been all here…im a mess to tell you the truth…but ill take care of your claim, just let me know what i have to do. you saw pics of those lights when they were on my car and thats exactly the way they looked when i took them off the car also.
I know dude. I’m sorry if you could have just sent me a quick e-mail saying you need a couple days it would have been cool. I am just worried bout purchasing off here cause of some of the things people do. Not say you would have. But I just saw your post and not responding to a few e-mails I kinda got a little worried. I don’t blame you for damage I trust you and yes I saw pics of them on your car. I hope we can work this out. I am sorry about the situation.

Everyone who is reading this. This has been a good sale just with some issues with shipping. I got a little worried when I didn’t hear back from him. However he has been very helpful. I would buy from him again
