hello everyone
just recently obtained a new HU for xmas. the teg has been without one now since it was stolen more than 5 years ago.
wired it all up. come to find out the CONSTANT/MEMORY WIRE does not carry any or enough power.
so, the HU will not work, unless i switch it up with the switched power wire in which case all the stations will be lost and everything else each time i turn the key
any advice? love to know why it isn’t working any longer…put my test light up to it and nothing. double checked all fuses, my dome light is out, i think thats all.
most likely going to buy some wire and a fuse tap tomorrow unless you all can shed some additional light on this for me.
