what exactly has to be done?
The guy who built my engine asked his machinest (Armstrong - Well known) if he would do this… he said that he didn’t want to.
Also, what kinda cost is this job… my builder said that it would be expensive
i think the majority of aftermarket rods are made for a free floating pin setup. the OEM pistons use a press fit pin… in order for you to use OEM pistons with these types of aftermarket rods, the pistons/rod combo have to be free floated which could be difficult…
