OK, I have a problem with my beautiful one of a kind special one-off prototype Integra. When I start up the car and the motor turns, it vibrates alot inside the car where I can feel it rumble and shake the driver side under dashboard alot. It somewhat calms down when the engine warms up but that’s only when the RPM’s drop and calms down. But when you drive, I guess at certain RPM’s the motor would vibrate and then work itself out to be somewhat steady again.
Does this sound like a motor mount issue to you guys? What do you guys think it is?
Agreed. If the engine itself is running smoothly then I’d suspect mounts. But mounts could be fine and the engine running rough could cause dash vibration - however this should cause an obvious difference in drivability and since you didn’t mention that I’m guessing it’s not the issue.
I don’t know what’s up with it, it’s just running very rough… you know, like how Civics are with H22a swaps. Maybe my motor is just a beast that is why it’s like that.
Anyone that lives near me can help out a fellow DA enthusiast? I’ve got a nice cold 6 pack of Coors Light with your name on it… just remember to bring your cute sister along though.
