Mugen cluster

Hi guys,

Would anyone will be interested in Mugen cluster replica ?! I’m planning to do one for myself for my DA just need to find place where I can have Mugen sticker printed as it should be

Those are super expensive but buying material and having small CNC machine - it should not be difficult :slight_smile:

What do you guys think ?! Those could be made for each honda - EF / EG / EK / DA / DC etc…

I believe that the CNC machine plate will be a nice touch to the cluster. If the piece is nicely done I would consider one myself but without the mugen logo.

The mugen replica logo will just make the piece look “bad” since it will make it a copy item. In my opinion, its better to just leave the plate alone.

i agree… leave the mugen logos out of it. would definitely be nice though. this is just a faceplate right?

I had a carbon fiber face plate installed looks nice with my cf theme

I think a good idea would be screen names or something like that.

yeah just faceplate. to be honest when plate is cut out and fit perfect you can personalise each one according to order / customer :slight_smile: thanks guys :slight_smile:

That would be a slick trim for a cluster. I also like the idea of being able to have a custom logo (for an added cost of course) even just a plane aluminum plate brushed like that would be awesome. Id like annodizing it black even

I kind of like it, but don’t really feel like bare aluminum would mesh well with the rest of the dash.

Which cluster is that? Mine only have 8K rpm and I think 220km limit

The picture above is of a Mugen DC2 ITR gauge cluster.

The bezel on our car has a bevel around the circles that the dc2 mugen lacks. This seems expensive as its not just a 90 degree cutout. If you could incorporate this I would be interested, otherwise if its not beveled probably not.

Are you sure? The tach and speedo fonts are the exact same as dc2r cluster. I don’t think a mugen sticker and bezel would make it unrecognizable lol

i google it and it is DC2 cluster. i was hoping to get small cnc machine and have a go to see how it will turn out. sourced aluminium already - will check if they do black version. just need to save few £££ ( $$$ ) for the cnc thing :slight_smile:
