Hello g2ic friends
i have a question for those who are experienced with shipping over seas.
I am planning to ship a MUGEN BUMPER COVER to IRELAND.
and my question is does anyone here know roughly how much it would cost? Im located in california
I was planning to bubble wrap the bumper cover heavily, then carboard wrap it followed by shrink wrapping everything together very well with alot of tape in each step.
My choices would be UPS or FEDEX or DHL
I heard from a buddy that DHL would handle my international package better then others.
thoughts?

Only one way to find out, on shipping. When you’re done boxing it all up, write all the measurements down (height, length, girth, and weight). Then go online to their websites, and plug all the numbers in. It won’t be anywhere close to cheap. Boxes that size are billed by size, not actual weight. Hope whoever is footing the bill for shipping has a pile of disposable cash.

Box it and take it wherever you are shipping it from and get a acurate quote. That’ going to be a lot lol. I just did a quick quote for 15 pounds and the size of a box big enough for a bumper from fed ex it was $1046.00 lmao

A grand just for shipping? Holy crap how does anything ever leave its country of origin?!

As with anything, ship a LOT at one time, and the price per unit is less…

I’ve heard bad about DHL, but the same could really be said about any carrier.

RoyalsJunkie laid it out perfectly. Over insure that shit because it is a very high possiblilty that something may happen with that long of a travel.

DHL broke something of mine that was supposed to be unbreakable. I’m not even making that shit up
