mugen front half bumper

When you put the mugen half bumper on to a 90/91 front or rear bumper. What do you use to attach it? fiberglass resion, duremix or what?

Screw at both end of the bumper? As for the front do the bumper lense can be used to fix the bumper?

If not Double-sized tape.

i just bought one myself. thats what i did, attached it to the fenders. what is evey one using for the fogs? i cant seem to find anything.
