Mugen style front lip

I’m very aware that this topic on front lips has been covered numerous of times. I have searched this website,honda-tech, team-integra, and even google, to no success to find a mugen style lip for the DA. The topics I have seen on it, the links for pictures are either not there or broken

I’ve seen them in carbon fiber, but I would like ABS plastic, something, that if cracked, could be repaired easily.

Here is a picture of one on a civic, so if you know a website, or a person I could pick one up from, I would really appreciate it.

sorry to say but i don’t think there was an ABS one made for that lip. But for yout information the lip is produced by jdp for 92-93 DAs’

The lip posted above is a Spoon style, not mugen. A spoon style lip was made for the 92-93 and for the 90-91 Pictures below.


But they are not available in CF nor do either of the companies plan to make them in CF.

Dont you mean ABS? That I know of CF are the only ones available.

I remember way back when, the first set were made in I believe Fiberglass but shortly after came the CF versions.

someone should make them like that, personally i love the CF but i know some dont, and it’d be a damn shame to spend all that money on a carbon fiber lip just to paint it flat black. some “bob’s racing” company lol, should make one out of abs plastic or something for the “NO CARBON FIBER” guys. that and i agree, if carbon fiber cracks, or breaks, its almost not possible to fix, just have to buy a new one, cuz if there is a shop skilled enough to fix it (though i dont see how it would be possible) it wouldn’t fit right anymore and it would cost like 5 times the amount you initially paid for the lip. that or they could fix it to be the right shape but the carbon weave would be all fucked up and they would have to paint it so it wouldn’t look all turd like. i’m still goin carbon fiber.

yea i love CF but the streets here are pretty bad in some parts…and its not even a matter of a little scraping…its goin down the road and having the possibility of the whole damn lip ripping off…so im leaning towards something other than carbon fiber

i’z liking the cf too, but the roads must be the same throughout Va. cuz they are shitty around my portion of the state.
