I have a busted civic that I am wanting to trade off for suspension components…
This guy offered me an omni setup, but the rear has stock struts and omni springs. Full omni front and blox lcas. I have nooooo idea what kinda drop that will give me. The guy only says “it’ll ne dumped”
Anyone have any idea what value that’s worth and anything I should look for before the deal? This will be my first “slammed” build attempt.
Maybe $100 at the most… i personally wouldn’t pay $50 for that let alone put that garbage on my car unless i was taking off good suspension and needed something cheap to scrap a car at the junkyard with.
dont do it you never wanna lower your car with stock struts the will blow in the matter of a few months… i higher doubt u will be dumped the max drop ur gettin is 2-2.25in…

I was being a smart a$$ Sorry forget the smiley face. Sell your DD and get some good springs and shocks from a Reputable company like eibach and koni before you trade it off for some crappy parts
Stock struts handle lowering springs fine… as long as the struts are in good condition. I had Eibach Sportlines for 50k miles on stock struts and it handled great and did not blow the struts, by any means.
But I wouldnt trade for someones used suspension… Thats just asking for problems.

You’re right i’m not cutting any corners on my build, i take the time to save money so i can buy the correct parts for my car and i don’t rush anything. Can’t say the same about you though lol, i’m done with this pointless conversation.
