Some how after the big storm rain hit. The next day the car won’t crank. Lights everything works and fuel pump. I have no ideas. Need help!!!

Could be water in a plug or water i leaking threw the caw and getting inside your car where the ECU is.

Had the same problem. Are you getting a clicking noise when you hit the ignition? You said it’s not cranking at all. I would check the connections to your starter, clean them with some sand paper make sure its a good tight connection. Sounds like you might have a bad starter or solonid. You can DIY a starter and buy one from almost any local auto shop. Probably cost around $100-200.
