TOOK ME AWHILE TO DO THIS, but i decided the flat black wasnt cutting it for me… went from white with blue lip to full blue back to white n yea… here’s the process… my advice to who ever wants to paint their rims without dismounting tires… USE CARDS!!!

blue didnt want to stand out so i went all blue… bad choice…

so i decided to go back to white

*excuse the ugly fenders… got my side markers stolen and crashed the front end due to an asshole… so i havent had the chance to come around any new fenders yet…BTW IF ANYONES SELLING RITE SIDE PASSENGER FENDERS LEMME KNOW!!!

Good work! In my opinion they usually look better in 15" but the red lip makes it fit really nice. I need to do re-paint my slipstreams too!

looks like you need to do something with the bumper support also.

I like all white better. Red lip is too “boy racer” IMO, unless its real time attack volks.

in the first pic looks like the r/f wheel is push back into the fender ?

if he doesn’t pick up on it, sell me that fender (milano red?)

I could have used those playing cards to gamble! What a waste! Next time, use 3x5 index cards… much cheaper I believe. NIce job nonetheless! :rockon:

those playing cards were dirt cheap… dollar tree. buck for two pack. it cost less then the newspaper i bought the first try… which is pretty sad…

looks really good man. I see alot of people who have those rims but i like how you did them. It makes them stand out againt the others. I painted my steelies bronze awhile ago but i just painted my vc gold so im redoing my steelies gold to match.

yeah. they were bronze, but the gold looks better. i didnt want to paint them black cause soooo many people have paited their stock rims black. i just wanted to do something different.

yea that’s the reason i painted them this way. i’ve seen a lot of slips everywhere i go. and most of them are black, flat black, bronze, and some mild white and silver. never have i’ve seen 2 colors with slips. i wanted people to be like… damn i didnt know rotas made slips with a lip color choice… i like it. another reason was i use to own black with red anodized lip auto x replicas. and they sadly were stolen… =( once u have that red lip its just like a drug… lol
