We’ve thought about making valve covers in fiberglass/carbon, but weren’t sure if they’d hold up to the repeated heating/cooling cycles.

theres a few used ones on ebay for $415 to $500 and they dont look all messed up…i think its pretty cool part…coulda got a hood for the same price tho lol

yea, i saw a guy locally the other day he had a carbon intake tube, and it wasnt the whale penis, it was just a nice cold air intake made of carbon, but then again his car also has a “honda factory performance” intake manifold and that i’ve never seen on a b18
what is a hfp intake manifold??

HPF stuff is nice, but it makes me wonder how it performs compared to the ITR…
Not that it is an equal comparison if the HPF unit is for the non-vtec motor, but still!
The carbon intake tube would be nice because it would lower air temperatures.
