Got it all painted
I got about 90% of everything hooked up. I started it the other night and the only issue I had was two coolant lines were leaking. I got that fixed and started it again last night, let it warm up to operating temp and everything sounded great. Idle was perfect and she was purring like a cat. Once I get the a/c and the axles back on she’s ready to be driven. I pulled the motor out on sep 5th and started it up on oct 5th, I think all that in 1 month on a very limited budget isn’t bad
Got my car done on saturday. I backed out of my driveway to head to the car meet, and when I turned my wheel all the way to the left…this happened =[
I think it was too short and when I turned my wheel all the way to the left it ripped apart. I got a new one so i’ll see if it does it again

Whats gives with the axel? that suck man, thankfuly it broke in your drive way and and not on the way to the meet…
Thanks guys. I’ve narrowed it down to being my half shaft that is too short. I;ve always had issues with the drive side axle. The cup that holds the bearings on the inner boot was stretched to it’s max before the spindle nut was ever tightened so the bearings just popped out first time my wheel turned
