My "Import Subculture" project

Hello I’m pretty sure most of you have seen me around the site for awhile now. Well here is my video that I made “Import Subculture”. I was kind of just messing around at first but then I got serious with it and I think it has turned into something I am proud of. This is meant to be a documentary of sorts about the import subculture from the eyes of an actual enthusiast, me.

P.S. I am still working on getting a better quality video up on the net but for now this will do. Neil I want to know what you think especially since you also saw/hosted my last import video I made.

multimedia is my career. any feedback at all is appreciated even one word replies.

not bad, needed a little more action but you said not to expect much! It should be a sticky vid for all the F&F scene kids to watch before touching a car!

Truly awesome. 2 X

nice a bit long but so true!

Nice job man

interesting . . .

I thought you had a lot of good clips and good information they just weren’t strung together in a totally coherent manner.

The info you presented was good but was rarely backed up by visuals.
I would say a bit too much “Talking head.”

Some editing and I think you have got something.

For example, if you had the introduction and then got into the car and drove off and had your first speech about the topic of the video playing while video of you driving from the end was playing (the bg music could still be there but just not so loud so we could hear your naration clearly) then it would give the audience something to see besides you backlit in front of the window.

I liked your take on imports in the media but felt you could talk about the toy section a bit more.

i enjoyed it overall
:corn:

I liked what you had to say, some people just really dont know what the car scene is about… for those of use who spent more time building their car then driving… its something different.

I like it but one thing I noticed was how you seemed nervous, not looking at the camera enough.

cool video!

one tip, to look a little less awkward, try bringing your hands up and motioning with them when you speak. Doesnt have to be anything fancy haha, but its better than having them rigidly at your side, and moving your hand a little. overall nice video though!

Awsome Video!!

U R The Man!!
